Home Tops stands behind all manufacturer warranties for the products in this catalog. Some manufacturers require warranty claims to be submitted directly to them. Your Home Tops representative will assist you with the claims procedure.
Orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of receipt (of in-stock items) if the order is received by 12:00 PM CT. If you would like expedited shipping, we can quote you on 1st, 2nd or 3rd day UPS. Please call for a quote. Regular shipping charge is a minimum of $9.90 or 9% of the total order, whichever is greater. Shipping may vary on larger items.
Please contact customer service for a return merchandise authorization (RMA) prior to returning goods to Home Tops. All return packages must be clearly identified with the RMA. All products must be in the original packaging and are subject to inspection prior to credit being issued. Credit will be issued only on the resellable product. Restock fee of 20% applies to all returned product. Product is to be returned by the customer and Home Tops will not pay for product to be returned.
